No signup for visitors.
You reply in Telegram.
Add one line of code to your site. Visitors start talking right away — no app, no signup, no Telegram account. You and your team answer from your own Telegram group, one topic per visitor, so nobody gets crossed wires.
</body>. That is the whole install. What 电报客服系统 is
电报客服系统 is a live chat system for websites that uses Telegram as the agent console. Visitors talk through a widget on your page — no app install, no signup, no Telegram account needed — while your team reads and replies inside a Telegram group, where each visitor gets their own topic. It ships as a single binary and can run on your own servers.
The difference from conventional live chat is on the agent side: there is no extra dashboard to keep open. Messages land in the app your team already checks all day, on both phone and desktop.

Questions
Do visitors need a Telegram account?
No. Visitors only ever use the widget on your page; they never touch Telegram and install nothing. Telegram is required on the agent side only.
Does my team need access to Telegram?
Yes — that is inherent to the design. Confirm your team can use Telegram before you commit to this.
Do I have to use your bot?
No. Each site uses your own bot. Create one with @BotFather and paste the token into the dashboard. If it ever gets restricted, only that one site is affected, and visitor messages only ever reach your own group.
What does the group need?
Group settings → Topics → enable. A group of one works; there is no member minimum. Each visitor occupies one topic.
Can I run it on my own servers?
Yes. It is a single binary with MongoDB, plus optional object storage for images — the whole thing runs on infrastructure you control. Get in touch if you need that.
What is the difference between free and paid?
Handling chats is the same on both. Two things differ: free sites do not store message bodies (session lists and stats still work, and the Telegram-side record stays complete), and they cannot send or receive images and files.
